TBH is thrilled to announce the promotion of Melinda Leonti to the position of Director of Case Management! This promotion is a testament to Melinda’s exceptional dedication, leadership, and contributions to our hospital. Since joining our team in 2021, Melinda has consistently demonstrated an outstanding commitment to our patients, families, and staff. Her innovative approach to case management, coupled with a deep understanding of behavioral health needs, has significantly improved patient outcomes and streamlined our case management processes. While we are delighted with Melinda’s promotion we are saddened to announce that Deneen Melos will be retiring as Director of Case Management effective July 18, 2024. Deneen has been with TBH since its opening in 2020. Throughout her tenure, Deneen has exemplified professionalism, compassion, and a tireless work ethic. She has been a mentor and role model to many, and her legacy of excellence will continue to inspire many. We are confident that the transition between Deneen and Melinda will be seamless and we look forward to the continued success of the Case Management department.
