⭐TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT⭐   We are thrilled to honor Jayme Parker, a key leader at Torchy's Tacos since 2010. Jayme began her journey as an Assistant Manager, opening store #4 in Spicewood, and quickly advanced to General Manager of our fifth location, Burnet.   Jayme then moved to Dallas, TX, where she spearheaded the company's growth, opening nine locations in 13 months as an Area Manager. She then returned to Austin where she played a pivotal role in major events such as ACL, F1 races, and the openings of Minute Maid Park and UT Stadium. Today, she oversees 72 stores across five states as a Regional Partner.   Her journey reflects her genuine care for people and her passion for food—values she shares with Mike and Jay. Raised in the industry, her alignment with our TORCH values has driven her success and is a testament to the power of hard work, respect, and collaboration.   She extends her gratitude to her parents and her wife, Maria, for always supporting her, loving her through the journey, and encouraging her throughout her life. One of the highlights of the Torchy's Tacos Annual Conference is the Awards Ceremony, where we get to celebrate the amazing talent and hard work of our team members. Each year, all Torchy's Team Members have the opportunity to nominate their colleagues for various awards, categorized into Field and HQ divisions. From these nominations, three finalists are selected for each award, with the winners being announced on the grand stage at conference.
