The director reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and supervises 3 positions directly and indirectly. Three Rivers currently has 175+ employees, both full and part-time. The position is located in Zumbrota, with travel required to workplace locations in Goodhue, Wabasha, Rice, and Olmsted counties. Occasional remote work is possible after successful completion of probationary period. The starting salary range is $90,000-105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. If you don’t know, Community Action Programs serve communities throughout MN with resources such as transportation, energy assistance, Head Start, housing resources, weatherization, senior services, meals-on-wheels— you know- they’re Servant Leaders! Wonderful people. I’ve spoken now to 9 CAP’s across the state. They love their work as they were appreciated today with my “We’re ALL in this Together” presentation. The privilege was all mine.
