"Jokobus could not stop smiling and loved hearing the loud cars! [He] could not believe how amazing it was and how great all of the fans were to be around." Jokubas is a part of Shriners Children's international program from Lithuania and has proximal femoral focal deficiency, a condition that caused him to be born without a thighbone. He and his dad are very into car racing. The NASCAR Foundation was able to help bring Jokubas's dream to life by providing tickets to the Illinois Gateway track last June! "This was definitely a highlight of their stay here in the US. All smiles and excitement when talking about it!"

⭐ INTERN SPOTLIGHT! ⭐ Welcome our second 2024 summer intern at The Foundation: Cayla Morgan! Cayla is with us through the NASCAR Diversity Internship Program. She is a Sociology major with a minor in Management and Organization at Spelman College, and is helping us in our Programs department. We are grateful to have her and can't wait to see what she accomplishes this summer!
