Blood donors needed, especially O+ and O- types! Last year, THHM and NYBC partnered on a special 50th anniversary of Hip Hop initiative to increase blood donations, and that we did. However, trauma season is in full effect, and the blood supply is critically low. Your donation can make a difference in emergencies, surgeries, and for cancer patients. As we say, One Blood, One Love, Hip Hop is in my blood! Donate and be a hero today. Schedule an appointment by using the link below! This summer, the 2024 intern cohort toured L+M developments and properties in construction and those completed to get a full picture of how L+M builds stronger communities. The cohort visited LMXD and Ray Harlem’s National Black Theatre, the completed Bronx Point – home to the future The Hip Hop Museum - Essex Crossing on the Lower East Side, Beach Green Dunes III, and the beach-front Arverne East development in Edgemere, Queens, where the group also volunteered at The Campaign Against Hunger’s urban farm. The property visits were an excellent opportunity to see L+M’s vertically integrated company in action and understand how the various teams within the company work together, collaborate and contribute to the success of every project and the surrounding communities. #BronxPoint #HipHopMuseum #Bronx #EssexCrossing #EssexMarket #ArverneEast #Queens #LowerEastSide #BeyondHousing #SummerInterns2024 #LMXD #LMDevelopmentPartners #Internships #Nextgenleaders

Great conversation on Friday with Rocky Bucano - CEO, The Hip Hop Museum at The Hip Hop Museum about featuring art, music, and culture more prominently in the South Bronx leading into their grand opening and beyond. The Bronx is the home of Hip Hop and there's an untapped ecosystem that can be built to elevate the contributions of so many Bronxites. The Hip Hop Museum brings with it hundreds of affordable housing units, public space, a playground, waterfront park, and will be home to several non-profit organizations like BronxWorks. More to come! L+M Development Partners LLC Tirschwell Annie
