Fourteen years of success as a company is no small feat. What began as a dream for CEO Ivan Barratt in 2010 has flourished into a powerful team of over 150 employees. In honor of this achievement, we unveiled a special gift for our fearless leaders, Ivan Barratt and President and COO Adam Ehret: the “BAMily Tree,” a masterpiece hand-crafted by our team members. The BAMily Tree is designed to hold coins bearing the names of the #BAMFAM who have hit milestones with the company and been along for this exciting journey with us. Each employee receives a matching coin to proudly display their achievement. Here's to another 14 years of success and the continual growth of our BAMily Tree 🧡
