Asia's Inspiring Story at Spinx Asia Toran is currently the Benefits Coordinator at Spinx. She started with Spinx in 2022 as a temporary employee in the reception position. After three months in the temp role, she was hired full-time in April 2022. She worked as a receptionist until March 2023, when she was promoted to HR admin. In August 2023, she received another promotion to benefits coordinator. Asia was drawn to Spinx because she had always heard great things about the company. Growing up in the area, she saw firsthand the positive impact Spinx had on the community. The company's reputation for helping the community and its employees made it an attractive place to apply. Before joining Spinx, she worked in the hospitality industry but left due to the lack of work-life balance. She was looking for a change, and Spinx presented the perfect opportunity.
