About us
SPCN was founded in 1985 by four nurses committed to support the common interests and needs of nurses who are involved in the care of children with heart disease. Now, 30 years later and nearly 400 members strong, our purpose remains the same – to share ideas and resources, discuss common problems, and collaborate in nursing research about families and patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) from fetal diagnosis to adulthood.
