The Shores Post Acute San Diego is a skilled nursing facility with a 305 bed capacity, the biggest skilled nursing facility in California. A newly acquired facility by Links Healthcare. At The Shores Post Acute San Diego our aim is to create a life changing experience to residents, family members, employees, vendors and other healthcare providers. How? By promoting a “How can I help you attitude?” to everyone around us and constantly welcoming those around us with a warm smile. We take pride in the idea of family amongst our peers.
