About us
The Self Awakening is about helping people with their internal struggles through the telling of my story of going from a barefoot naked hippie kid to a Green Beret (Special Forces), and after retiring from the Army, I’ve taken my life from being highly suicidal and depressed with a broken down out of, shape body, a jumbled up mind, and a total absence of anything spiritual to the life I live now, which is one of sculpted bliss. I achieved this by making my personal wellness my highest priority and I can teach others to liberate themselves from their own self-imposed oppression.
