What an incredible night at the James Beard Awards, hosted at the Lyric Opera of Chicago! The evening celebrated the remarkable talent and achievements within the culinary and hospitality community and beyond. I'm immensely proud of the Paramount Events team, the catering partner for this spectacular event, for all of their work, including the outstanding collaboration led by Chef Devon Quinn with chefs Rob Rubba and Nancy Silverton, to flawlessly execute a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and a four-course seated dinner for nearly 200 VIP guests. We've been making significant strides in achieving multiple company objectives this year at The Paramount Group Chicago. One of the most important milestones is the nearing completion of our 20,000-square-foot expansion project! Ever since we moved from our Lake Street location to the Avondale neighborhood in 2021, we knew we would need more space as our brands continued to grow. This expansion meets that need and improves our capacity to serve clients across TPG companies, all while supporting our sustainability goals. As we approach the completion of these projects, I'm thrilled to announce some exciting developments. For example – our new dish room is expanding threefold, a move that will significantly enhance our ability to reuse items and minimize waste. We've also created new spaces for hosting events for our clients and community members, and we're eager to start using them.
