Industrial Complex ➡️ Welcoming Community We recently celebrated the topping out of our Avenue 34 apartments project! Set for completion next year, the 5-acre industrial complex is being transformed into a 468-unit multifamily apartment complex, of which 66 units will provide very-low income affordable housing. Exciting day at Avenue 34! Niki Gruttadauria conducted a site visit at The Max Collaborative's project in Los Angeles. A huge thank you to Keithan Harris from Bernards and Caesar from Ultimate Communication Systems for providing a comprehensive update on the low voltage technology in Building A, covering the MPOE, IDFs, in-unit systems, amenity spaces, and exterior installations. Everything is progressing smoothly.
