Nashville hot spot Noko proves that a positive workplace culture is achievable even in the most grueling of industries. The Malin reposted this
An unexpected yet delightful bonus of working at The Malin is the library of design, art and culture books throughout the space. Having the freedom to grab any book that catches my eye is a small joy that really energizes me when I need a break from client work. This space is one of the two libraries at Wedgewood-Houston (totally silent and where I tend to gravitate). Let me know if you're in Nashville and want to visit sometime. I'll show you some of my favorite books too.

We're proud to offer positively affirming bathroom lighting at The Malin, but it's no secret that most office spaces overlook it. Liana Satenstein shares her take on how bad bathroom lighting impacts your work and mood, with psychological data to back her up. Read her latest story for The Malin Journal. https://lnkd.in/ezn7Ee_V

In partnership with Ann Street Lofts, The Malin is coming to Savannah, Georgia, at 119 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard in the city's Historic District. We're excited to unveil our first single-use property, spanning two floors and 10,000 square feet, right next door to the James Beard Award-winning restaurant, The Grey. The Malin Savannah will offer seven private offices, 30 dedicated desks, 12 phone booths, four meeting rooms, one library, and two kitchens. As one of the largest National Historic Landmark Districts in the United States, Savannah stands as a compelling hybrid work destination, drawing an increasing number of residents from larger metropolitan areas seeking its quality of life and aesthetic charm. Home to SCAD, one of the nation's top schools for art and design, the city enjoys a constant infusion of creativity and modernism. Notably, companies like Gulfstream, JCB, and Hyundai have invested significantly in establishing their operations and headquarters here, contributing to Savannah's emergence as a prominent business hub. It's an exciting market and we're thrilled to be a part of it. Given the city's limited availability of upscale office spaces, The Malin Savannah will add a new dimension to the urban landscape, providing residents with a beautiful work-focused members club that upholds Savannah's high aesthetic and Southern hospitality standards. Whether in bustling metropolises or burgeoning cities like Savannah, we'll continue to identify and seize the best opportunities to strategically expand our network and cultivate a vibrant professional community of members.
