Five years ago, we launched The Leadership Consortium with a mission to change the look and feel of leadership at some of the world’s most influential companies. We are proud to say we have done just that. Since 2018, TLC has accelerated 4,000+ leaders from 80+ companies and 50+ countries. We could not have reached this milestone without the unwavering support of our TLC community. The Leadership Consortium (TLC) is now accepting applications for the TLC Social Impact Scholarship! We are excited to provide the gift of TLC to select individuals who want to grow as leaders alongside a brilliant and diverse community and who can not currently access TLC programming within their organization. Our mission is to help more and varied leaders thrive. If you or someone in your network would benefit from the TLC experience, we invite you to apply for the TLC Social Impact Scholarship.
