Our Mission is to disrupt the cyclical nature of the Prison Industrial Complex by providing meaningful work to humans with felonies or drug convictions. We are proud to be staffed by humans with felonies or those with drug crimes on their record. We are proud to pay our team 1.5x Michigan's living wage and more than 2x the state minimum wage.
