Our Meet the Team post this week features our Marketing Director, Nichole! Nicki manages all of our brand and marketing initiatives including, of course, our social media platforms. It’s time to meet our Venue Event Coordinator, Megan! After you've booked your event at The Hutton House, Megan works with our clients every step of the way to ensure a seamless planning experience leading up to your wedding or event. With her positive attitude, hands-on and collaborative planning approach, Megan’s clients find themselves fully immersed in enjoying their event from start to finish. Meet Stephanie - one of our Venue Event Coordinators! Stephanie works specifically with our wedding clients from the time they’ve booked their date, all the way up to their wedding day. As a previous HH bride herself, Stephanie knows The Hutton House experience firsthand and does an exceptional job of helping our couples bring their own wedding day vision to life. As your dedicated Venue Coordinator, she offers her expertise in ensuring your venue planning stays on track and no detail goes unnoticed! Our Meet The Team series continues! Have you met Molly? Molly is our Sales Manager and your first point of contact at the venue. When you arrive onsite for your venue tour, she is there to greet you and walk you through all the details of our space, allowing you to immerse yourself in envisioning your event at The Hutton House. Any questions you have, Molly is there to help. She eats, sleeps and breathes The Hutton House, as we like to say! After touring the venue, Molly will work with you to prepare your personalized rental proposal and assist you though the booking process, before introducing you to our Venue Coordinator team as you begin the planning for your celebration. MEET THE TEAM: We hope you’ll follow along with us as we take a moment to highlight the talented women behind each and every celebration here at The Hutton House. Starting with Catherine! As our Operations Manager, Catherine meticulously cares for all the day-to-day details that keep the venue running smoothly. From managing inventory, to scheduling maintenance, and staffing, there is so much that goes into making sure our guests and clients enjoy the best possible venue experience - and Catherine oversees it all! It’s no wonder why we call her “the glue” around here. Catherine's favorite space in the venue: "A 5:00 pm wedding ceremony in the Fireside Room during the winter months - so cozy and romantic!"
