We’re proud to endow this scholarship through our foundation in memory of a beloved Clorox leader. Troy left an imprint on our company as well as many people, communities and causes. This gift to an institution that meant so much to Troy is intended to serve as a lasting tribute to him. It reflects his passion for his alma mater and directly supports a new generation of Gettysburg students who exemplify the virtues we remember so fondly about him.
In memory of the late Gettysburg College Trustee Emeritus Troy Datcher ’90, The Clorox Company Foundation created the T. Troy Datcher Endowed Scholarship to honor his commitment to social equity and justice. Meet Dan Kellenberger, a general manager for our CloroxPro business. Dan's job is to make public spaces like hospitals, schools or office buildings cleaner, healthier environments for people to thrive. And he feels both personally and professionally connected to his work — with a daughter who has Type 1 diabetes and is in and out of the hospital, he understands the importance of keeping facilities clean and safe for patients and staff. His role is to help mitigate risk, and he and his team take that job very seriously. With 23 years under his belt, Dan is proof that there's always room for new opportunities and adventures here. “The growth opportunities here are tremendous,” he says. “We have multiple brands that play in different categories with different customers and different geographies. I’ve spent time all over the world — in the Bay Area, Minneapolis, Australia. I’ve been in Finance, I’ve been in multiple disciplines of Sales and now I’m a general manager.
