Heating and cooling a 300-acre campus is a tall order. The American Airlines Trinity Campus office space in Fort Worth was built with enough space for over 7,000 employees. For the main 'core' of the building alone, Texas AirSystems provided 5, 1000-ton centrifugal chillers and 83 YORK Commercial Solutions AHUs, 52 of which were identical "Dual Path" air handling units. Plus, we utilized underfloor air distribution (UFAD) with our partners at AirFixture, LLC, among many more pieces of the HVAC puzzle to keep this office campus' occupants comfortable year-round. #CommercialHVAC #TexasAirSystems #BuildingRelationships

Last year, we wrapped up a project with UT Southwestern Medical Center and their newly constructed behavioral health facility. On this project, we incorporated Coil Piping Piping Packages and Automatic Flow Limiting IR Valves from our manufacturer partner Griswold Controls, LLC. Texas AirSystems knows and trusts their reliability and performance, particularly in healthcare environments, where precise temperature controls and maintaining air quality is critical for patient well-being.
