This past week some of our operations team took to the city of brotherly love to attend NAA’s Apartmentalize 2024. This annual event allows our leaders to connect with vendors regarding new technology and solutions to improve property performance and the resident experience. Sessions geared towards education and knowledge sharing inspire new ways for our team to better serve our clients, residents, and employees every day. A special moment for all was the Party with a Purpose hosted at The MET. This fundraising event raised more than $20,000 for Entryway, a non-profit that provides employment and housing opportunities to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness. Since being promoted to Senior Compliance Specialist a few short months ago, Lacey Kapetanis, COS, HCCP has proven herself a true leader. She’s been instrumental in developing new Compliance procedures and enhancing current ones for TAM’s specialized PFC portfolio. She approaches the nuances of affordable housing compliance with an innovative approach and works at lightning speed. Please join us in congratulating Lacey on her second promotion of the year to Compliance Manager. In her new role, she will immediately oversee all program compliance monitoring for our PFC portfolio along with oversight of the PFC dedicated Compliance Team. She’ll work in collaboration with property management on establishing best practice standards for affordable operations and other affordable-related procedures to support TAM’s impressive growth strategy for PFC. Over the past few months, he and his team have guided us through a portfolio migration into a new management platform.
