📣 Big News! 📣 Global Foundries (GF) has acquired the Power Gallium Nitride (GaN) IP portfolio from Tagore Technology. A team of GaN specialists from Tagore will join GF, and our unique GaN will be produced at the GF facility in Essex Junction, Vermont. The Tagore RF GaN group will become an independent entity, Tagoretech, operating separately from GF. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!

Our VP of Engineering, Manish Shah, recently at IMS '24 presented our latest technological advancements. He showcased our cutting-edge Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), which are setting new standards with their high gain and low noise figures, making them perfect for critical applications such as satellite communications and radar systems. Manish also unveiled our Second-Generation Radio Frequency (RF) Switches. These switches come with enhanced power handling and harmonic performance, making them an ideal choice for demanding military communications and sophisticated radio systems.
