We are thrilled to announce Chuck Griffin’s promotion to Vice President of Operations. In this new role, Chuck will continue to lead all Arizona operations with a specific focus on growing our presence in the Tucson market. Chuck started with DSI as a Journeyman Carpenter in 1997 and has since progressed through various roles, culminating in his most recent promotion to General Manager in 2021.   Chuck’s calm and credible leadership brings the DSI employees comfort in direction and promotes a culture of personal and professional learning and development. His attentiveness and unwavering dedication are significant reasons for DSI's continued success on and off the job sites and shop floor.  

We are excited to announce Bryan Beikman's promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Bryan will be responsible for strategically mapping and executing DSI’s expansion, ensuring that the systems, processes, and culture that have built DSI into what it is today remain a staple of all new operations. Bryan’s background is an excellent fit to lead this expansion, having joined DSI in 2003 as a trim installer and quickly rising through the ranks within the organization, most recently serving as Operations Manager. He will continue to make his mark in every department he manages through thoughtful and sustainable actions and servant-based leadership that empowers and supports the DSI employees, evidenced by consistently high quality, safety, and predictability levels.  

Austin Companies is thrilled to announce Jannell Hodge's well-deserved promotion to Controller. Jannell began her journey with us in June 2022 as Assistant Controller, and during this time, her exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills have significantly enhanced our accounts payable and purchasing processes. Jannell’s promotion is a testament to her dependability, self-motivation, research-driven approach, and attention to detail. She has proven to be an invaluable team player with a strong work ethic, and her contributions have had a significant impact on the Finance team’s operations.
