LLM capabilities at the Edge? We showed ipXchange how with Synaptics Astra™ at embedded world earlier this year. The demo in the interview shows the Astra Machina board is using Synaptics’ SL1680 IoT solution to run part of a Large Language Model (LLM) AI at the edge in Senary Technology Group Limited’s platform. This means that a query can be quantified – prechecked – before accessing the cloud server backend and relaying the more complex commands to the small robot you see in front of the screen.
