If you don't, it's simply an announcement system used to alert emergency notifications. To me, and plenty of people out there, the amount of MST, bullying, and racism that's running wild in the Armed Forces is an emergency. Not knowing about what's going on in the #military community is life or death to service members across the world. BIG VOICE will be out on Saturdays each week to do a roundup of news stories that are MST-related each week.
