Sugar Mountain is a creative food company that is home to extraordinary food brands and restaurants. From our award-winning artisan cheeses and frozen deliciousness that is Beecher’s Handmade Cheese to The Butcher’s Table - our swanky steakhouse that features Mishima Reserve American Wagyu Beef (our luxury Wagyu brand), we make real food with absolutely zero artificial ingredients. We are a team at the forefront of the food revolution, passionate about our mission to Change the Way America Eats. Sugar Mountain operates under the direction of Kurt Beecher Dammeier, a fourth-generation Puget Sound native, nascent New Yorker, and passionate pure food advocate. Beyond the retail world, Kurt is effecting change in people’s eating habits through The Beecher’s Foundation (501c3), founded in 2004. Through youth and adult education and community engagement, the Foundation inspires people to eat real food and vote with every food dollar, building a better food future for all.
