    WE'RE HIRING!!! We're so excited to add another member to the Strix family. #StrixTG is located in #Maryland, #Louisiana and #Idaho with clients nationwide. We are now a "#virtual" company - That means that you have the opportunity to work from home, unless there is a requirement to go on-site with a client or for company meetings. We are seeking a #Tier2Tech to join our team! You will collaborate with our team and clients to resolve #IT-related issues for our B2B clients. Note: You must be located in the #Baton Rouge region, as some work will be required now and then in our clients' offices. RESPONSIBILITIES Strong emphasis on #cybersecurity, #analysis and client proactive protections. Provide technical assistance with clients' cloud environment, computer hardware and software. Resolve issues for clients in-person (10%) or remotely (90%). Track customer issues and resolutions. Offer assistance & collaborate with other team members. Implement and support our highly cloud-based solutions. Participate in new client onboarding activities. Assist with ongoing maintenance, repair and support of our clients networking environment. #Collaborate with management on prospect and client opportunities. Depending on demonstrated abilities, opportunity for growth into a managerial role. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous demonstrated experience in IT customer service. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Strong cloud and desktop support background. Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other cloud technology experience. Demonstrated experience with networking, Windows servers and Microsoft Azure preferred. PERSONALITY: Interest in personal growth and future leadership opportunities. Attention to detail with your work and appearance. Ability to build rapport with clients and coworkers. #Positive attitude and #professional demeanor. Exceptional focus on the details and providing 1st rate support. Strong interest in continual learning and implementing new skill sets.
