Springline at District 60 is a forty-two-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Chesterfield County, Virginia. With the demolition of the Spring Rock Green shopping center, the site will now consist of various residential, retail, entertainment, and office spaces. StormTrap designed a large stormwater system using 11’-4” and 14’-0” DoubleTrap pieces. This underground basin, capable of storing 110,755 cf of water, was installed on-site between a retaining wall and buildings. The system was also integrated with a filter which provides phosphorus removal. Application: Detention and Treatment | Number of Basins: 1 | Product Used: 11’-4” and 14’-0” DoubleTrap | Number of Pieces: 186 | Total Water Stored: 110,755 cf | Foundation: Stone Contact John Wright, P.E. and Nicholas Ager, EIT, CFM (Water Quality) for projects in the Mid-Atlantic! #StormWater #StormwaterManagement #Detention

A retail property in St. Petersburg, Florida, was recently purchased with plans for redevelopment. The more than 10-acre site in Kenneth City required a stormwater management system to meet permitting requirements. StormTrap designed a 5’-0” SingleTrap detention system next to a 7’-0” DoubleTrap basin with a filter media bed. This media allows for filtration of stormwater, thereby meeting the water quality component of the project. See images below of the system which provides over 51,000 cf of water storage on-site. Application: Detention and Treatment | Number of Basins: 1 | Product Used: 5’-0” SingleTrap and 7’-0” DoubleTrap | Number of Pieces: 114 | Total Water Stored: 51,261 cf | Foundation: Concrete and Stone Sign up for a lunch and learn: https://lnkd.in/gxEzVeN #StormWater #StormwaterManagement #Detention #WaterQuality
