Congrats to our trial team of Matthew Stone and Shawn Kalfus for yet another (near) defense verdict in plaintiff-friendly DeKalb County today. In an admitted fault case, plaintiff's counsel alleged $44,000 in past medical expenses and asked the jury to enter a judgment for up to $308,000. The verdict? $6,400.
