Meet Jon Warren: A student at Iowa State University, he will graduate next spring from a concurrent degree program that allows him to earn a degree in mechanical engineering, an MBA and his Masters of Finance. As a Quality Engineer Intern at Stellar, he aims to broaden his engineering knowledge through practical experience. This could include performing audits, assessing processes and contributing to quality control meetings. “I love that Stellar is a smaller company that offers me the chance to see many different aspects and departments. In Case You Missed It: The summer is only heating up, so let's cool down and take a look back at the month of June. 🫶 Community: We brought equipment to one of our favorite events, 'Meet a Machine' in Clear Lake. Seeing children interacting with our equipment and their fascination was truly a rewarding experience! 🛞 Training Day: We hosted the Tire Industry Association's (TIA) training days in Garner. TIA's objective is to impart comprehensive knowledge that stems from a blend of formal education and practical experience. It was a fantastic week in the classroom and out in the field. 👨🔧👩��� Careers: We had 14 interns start for the summer months and we are delighted to have them!

This Electrical Engineering Design Intern is working on multiple projects that he hopes will have a significant impact on reducing vehicle emissions and improving manufacturing and implementation efficiency at Stellar. A sophomore at Iowa State University, Caleb is excited to put his classroom learning to the test by solving problems in the professional world. “My ultimate goal for this internship is to not only finish the projects that I have been assigned but to finish them with a high level of quality and impress my supervisors and associates. I want to leave here proud to have been part of the company and satisfied with the effort I put in.” #Internship

The Mason City, Iowa, native is “wrangling, cleaning and visualizing data” as an IT Applications Intern. A graduate of Western Governors University, he is using his data management/analytics degree to analyze business data such as sales numbers and productivity metrics.
