🌞 Extreme Heat Advisory! 🌞 Donor support is critical to St. Anthony's ability to care for our guests' overall well-being. This includes protecting the families and individuals who come to us during extreme weather, which can be not only uncomfortable but also dangerous, especially for the elderly and children. Your partnership and support help ensure our guests stay hydrated through our Dining Room and Farmers Market and have a cool and safe space for rest and sleep at St. Boniface through our St. Clare's Care program. Please consider a special gift today so we can provide our guests with relief from the extreme heat by clicking here: https://lnkd.in/gBvJwRUZ #SupportSAF #HeatRelief #CommunityCare

Exciting times at St. Anthony’s! We recently set up a Medical Eligibility & Enrollment table at a back-to-school sign up event, where families signed up their children for free backpacks, school supplies, and clothes through our Free Clothing Program. During the event, our intake specialist Carlos was busy helping families learn about how they can now qualify for Medi-Cal benefits at St. Anthony’s Medical Clinic! We’re proud to offer care without boundaries, regardless of age, immigration status, or any other factors. At St. Anthony’s, we provide exemplary primary and specialty medical services for all, with bilingual doctors to ensure no language barriers. We’re conveniently located on the 100 block of Golden Gate Avenue between Leavenworth and Jones. For more information, please contact our Medi-Cal Eligibility & Enrollment Specialist at (415) 241-8320 or enrollment@stanthonysf.org. In the News📰 A new member of our board of directors, Dr. Keith Humphreys, a professor of psychiatry at Stanford University and a member of Stanford University School of Medicine, recently penned a powerful article in the San Francisco Chronicle, advocating for a balanced approach to homelessness in California. He emphasizes the importance of offering both “housing first” and sober housing options to address the diverse needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. At St. Anthony’s, we believe that everyone deserves both stable housing and the support needed to overcome addiction. Together, we can create compassionate, accessible, and effective solutions for our community.
