Meet our Department of Grants. Grants manages and secures funding for many of St. Tammany Parish Government’s programs, projects and various initiatives. The department also manages the STAR Transit System, Home Elevation Program, Community Development Block Grants, and works with the St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs, among many other programs. President Cooper's administration and the Commission on Cultural Affairs host the annual President’s Arts Awards, honoring the artistic achievements of individuals throughout our parish.
