Franklin & Zaldivar Architecture and Planning, PLLC., was founded in 2012 by Paul Franklin, AIA and Carlos Zaldivar, B of Arch., as a response to the demands from our local community to do more than accomplishing good results and a project well done. We strive to provide and deliver cost efficient Architectural Services based on US Green Building practices. Our first project was a pro-bono project, we design it and produced Construction Documents (CD's) for a local Women's Aid Center, at a nearby church in San Antonio, TX. Paul and Carlos have over 30 years of combined work experience in various states, participating in the design and development of projects that vary from small residences to large 200,000+ SF University buildings and Airport Terminals.
