To improve the health of the underserved in New Orleans. PATIENTS. We accept most private insurance plans, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and GNOCHC. We also offer services on a sliding scale for uninsured and underinsured. QUALITY. St Thomas CHC has been recognized by the National Council for Quality Assurance as a Level 3 Patient Centered-Medical Home. Level 3 is the highest level possible and is the Gold Standard in health care quality. SERVICES. St. Thomas CHC offers a full range of preventive and primary care services. In addition to the primary care services of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, St. Thomas CHC also offers OB/GYN, Mammography, Optometry, Cardiology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, and Mental Health Services. I've made mistakes. In my long career journey, I've made several #mistakes by ignoring my intuition. To share, I joined an organisation despite having so many red flags because I needed to secure a job urgently due to some circumstances. The interview process took a day. Yes, a day from 1:00pm till 9:00pm. I was there for 8 hours. I had to fill up an application form and did a first level interview with the recruiter for an hour. After which I had to do an aptitude assessment and IQ test within an hour. Then wait for the results. Since I scored relatively high, I was told to wait as the CEO and management team wanted to personally interview me. The CEO came back to the office at 6:00pm and I was interviewed by the management team for 3 hours. I was offered a bottle of water during the 3 hours interview. Needless to say, I got the job but I didn't stay long. It was my shortest career. Can you spot the red flags in my sharing above? #HRWithSubetra #humanresources #humanresource
