Bridging Cultures, Building Futures

About us

Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1979 to provide intensive English as a Second Language (ESL) training for international students. Within a year, it began working within the emerging refugee resettlement network. Spring Institute has since grown substantially and currently provides adult education classes and career coaching, early childhood and youth programs, cultural resource navigation, interpretation and translation, policy advocacy, and more. Our programs and services build pathways to success for refugees and immigrants, as well as for the organizations that service and employ them. We strive to build a thriving intercultural community through learning, language access, and advocacy and envision Colorado as a vibrant model welcoming community.
