He has demonstrated immense dedication to his projects while strengthening relationships with clients and trade partners. In his new position, Alan will oversee the pre-construction department and continue to cultivate subcontractor and client relationships by providing our brand promise of 'an enjoyable experience'. Spanning 31 acres, this vibrant hub features major retailers like Target, DICK'S Sporting Goods, and At Home Group Inc. Our Urban Strategy team played a key role in the civil engineering and surveying for this project, crafting infrastructure plans for everything from water systems to paving. Special thanks to our #surveyteam for their meticulous construction staking, guaranteeing precision in every detail! 🏆 Key Milestones: Design Start: May 2021 Construction Kickoff: October 2022 At Home opened: September 2023 (Target and others are still underway!) 💙❤️ Project Award!! ❤️💙 The women of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority 💎 are getting ready to reactivate their chapter presence on the Southern Methodist University campus and we are thrilled to partner with them on their sorority house’s kitchen upgrade! This will be SVCC’s 7th project on SMU's campus and the 4th sorority chapter we’ve had the pleasure of assisting with their needs. This project involves demolition of the existing kitchen followed by a complete renovation that will incorporate new wiring, wood elements, and other upgrades. Our project team and trade partners are ready to tackle this tight schedule and have it completed before the sorority returns for fall rush.
