We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Ferdinand Duda, a respected leader and cherished friend in the agricultural community. F.S. Duda, former CEO of DUDA and a third-generation descendent of the company’s founder, made significant contributions to Florida agriculture and the industry at large. His legacy and impact on DUDA and the community will be remembered with gratitude and respect. Speedling has enjoyed a long history with Duda, with Ferdinand being one of our first customers many years ago. His dedication and leadership were recognized by numerous industry organizations, including the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, where he served as President and Chairman of the Board and received the Distinguished Service Award. In 2015, he was inducted into the Florida Agricultural Hall of Fame. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the Duda family and all those affected by this great loss. F.S. Duda’s memory will continue to inspire and guide future generations.
