This year’s event will take place Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, where participants have the unique opportunity to rappel more than 400 feet down the side of the hotel and experience truly breathtaking views of Waikiki and Diamond Head. Participants are strongly encouraged to sign up today at https://lnkd.in/gQnyEVKT as an individual or create a team with your co-workers, friends, or family. Early bird registration is currently available through August 1, with a reduced fee of $50. For those registering after August 1, the registration fee is $100 per participant. The team member registration fee is $25 and registration for returning participants is free. For the safety of those participating, individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian attend the event and sign a consent waiver. Participants must weigh between 100 and 300 pounds. All participants are asked to raise a minimum of $1,000 in donations. A special mahalo to Love’s Brand and the Hawaii Food Alliance for supporting this year’s event as Gold Medal Sponsors and to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa for being the host of this event for the 10th year. • This March, Jersey Mike's Subs is joining forces with Special Olympics Hawaii to make a sub-stantial impact on the local community during the company’s annual Month of Giving campaign. Starting March 1, 2024, customers can make a donation at any Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurant in Hawaii – seven locations on Oahu and three on Maui – as well as on the Jersey Mike’s Subs mobile app. Placing an order in the month of March benefits Special Olympics Hawaii, enabling the organization to offer year-round sports training, competition and health, wellness, and leadership initiatives for over 3,400 athletes across the state with intellectual disabilities. As a part of the Month of Giving initiative, Jersey Mike’s Subs is committed to donating 100 percent of the proceeds from every purchase made at all of Jersey Mike’s Subs Hawaii locations on their “Day of Giving” on Wednesday, March 27, to Special Olympics Hawaii. This generous donation will directly benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Hawaii, providing athletes with opportunities for training, competition, and growth. #JerseyMikesSubsMonthofGiving #SpecialOlympicsHawaii #support
