Our emergency and specialty hospital remains located in Gerber Village and offers state-of-the-art veterinary medical services with board certified specialists in anesthesiology and pain management, critical care, internal medicine, neurology & neurosurgery, medical oncology, ophthalmology, and surgery (soft tissue, orthopedic, minimally invasive). SAVES is proud to be an accredited referral center by the American Animal Hospital Association. We voluntarily undertake AAHA’s stringent accreditation process because we hold ourselves to a higher standard. This helps pet owners trust that their pet is receiving care at a hospital that’s demonstrated mastery of excellence in veterinary care. Our team is committed to working with pet families and their primary care veterinarians to bring together medical knowledge, technology, and kindness for exceptional patient care. Upstate Vet Asheville is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. We chose to be continually evaluated for accreditation by AAHA because it challenges us to stay at the forefront of all the latest changes in veterinary medicine and practice operations.
