In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we coordinated our (now annual) office field trip to step away from our usual workspace, embrace playfulness, and remind ourselves of the vital need to care for not only our own wellbeing, but that of those around us.💞 At the local park, we painted together, played games, and let out our energy on the playground. 🎨✏️ This day was truly about taping into the spirit of play and letting our inner-child run free! This field trip was not only about having fun, but also about fostering stronger connections among our office team.☀️ It was the perfect chance to relax, unwind, and get to know each other outside of the usual office environment. The happiness experienced together, the laughter that filled the morning, and the kindness we shared all highlight the significance of nurturing mental health in every part of our lives.✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #mentalhealthawareness
