The entire team at Something Massive have been amazing #partners and we are so grateful to be able to work with them. When we decided that we needed bigger productions to elevate our #visualmarketing, we began our search for a #production partner. We were pretty naive about the search and vetting process but we luckily (and almost accidentally) got in contact with Michelle Manson through LinkedIn. As we now know, she probably wasn't the correct contact with which to begin a conversation (I think she had a totally different role in the company), but she never gave us the run-around. She held our hand and listened to every wacky thing we said we wanted as she gathered her team to guide us. One such wack-a-doodle requirement we had was that we NEEDED to be very intimately partnered in the #creativedevelopment process. We are very protective of our #brand and are a team of energetic creatives who have an overflowing well of ideas. We began to meet the rest of the team, Chris Gibbin , Jennifer Brian and Zoe Dinerstein ....and they just GOT US!.... they let us do our thing so they could do their thing....and, well....voila! This is the 2nd year we have partnered and now have nearly 9 productions under our belt together. Great #partnership requires #vulnerability, #transparency, true #collaboration and a shared and dedicated #commitment to the goal.
