Solutions Development Center, LLC (SDC) is a Woman-owned, SBA approved HUBZone Certified Small Business. SDC was formed to meet the needs of small, start-up companies that had won their first contract but lacked the staff to fulfill their contract win. With an exceptional talent pool database and lower than industry fees, SDC began to provide direct acquisition support in helping these budding companies fulfill their contractual commitments. Over time, SDC began to develop a special talent not found in the staffing industry anymore – the element of relationships. Our extensive database of pre-screened and pre-qualified candidates demonstrates our commitment to relationship-building. Human talent is not just a number to us.
