Transitioning from the medical device industry, he advanced from Electrical Technician to Maintenance Coordinator, focusing on efficient manufacturing processes and predictive maintenance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rafic's reverse engineering skills and innovative technology helped overcome supply chain challenges. His dedication and technical expertise exemplify the spirit of "the people behind the paper" at Sofidel America."
