Creating life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
About us
SOAR365 is a Richmond-based, not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1954 by local families determined to find a better way to care for and support their loved ones with disabilities. Today, we’re still driven by compassion, not convention. Our wide range of programs and services are designed for individuals and families coping with the daily, real-world challenges of living with a disability. We have a profound impact on over 1,500 individuals and families who receive our help in a typical year.

Our hearts go out to the family, friends and colleagues of Kat Simons following her passing. Kat was an incredible volunteer and supporter of SOAR365 for many years, giving her time and energy to our community whenever she possibly could. We are so grateful for the cherished memories we were able to make with Kat and we will never forget the impact she made on our lives and the lives of everyone she served.
