In this Art Talk, we explore the work of William Wendt, known as "the dean of Southern California artists," celebrated for his evocative depictions of the California countryside, characterized by tranquil and lyrical early works and later, bold brushstrokes with rich greens and browns. #WilliamWendt #TheProgramLifecycleCompany #CaliforniaCountryside https://lnkd.in/g9xBC_gy

"Someone from the interviews said it best as 'you spend a third of your time working so it's best to work with people you find pleasant' and it's very apparent here that everyone is close and works well together, which is further proof of the quote. It is reassuring to me that an office space can be like this and that a job could have the well-knit group of coworkers." -Zai Each summer, SMA: The Program Lifecycle Company proudly partners with United Way through the Youth Career Connections program to offer high school students invaluable work experience. This internship program, a key part of Orange County United Way’s work-based learning initiative, blends classroom learning with real-world experiences. Over four weeks from June to July, our interns spend 20 hours a week working at our company, gaining hands-on job skills and exploring potential career paths. At SMA: The Program Lifecycle Company, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders, providing them with immersive, experiential learning that sets them on a path toward academic and economic success. #UnitedWay #TheProgramLifecycleCompany #SummerInterns

"I learned a couple new things, but the main thing I learned was how to communicate with others, and not be so shy or scared to ask a question. I think this is an important skill that I learned because when I start working and need help on something I would rather be able to go up to someone and ask for help then just doing it myself and not being able to do it. I think working with SMA for this internship was an awesome experience. I got to meet wonderful people and was able to be myself in a new work environment. In addition, I was able to get out of my comfort zone and talk with new people and be able to improve my skills." - Alexander Each summer, SMA: The Program Lifecycle Company proudly partners with United Way through the Youth Career Connections program to offer high school students invaluable work experience.
