Meet the Experts: Tara Pollard 🤝 For nearly three decades, Tara Pollard has been a dedicated and passionate member of the I&I Sling team. As she approaches her 7th anniversary this October, we sat down with her to learn more about her experiences, her favorite aspects of the job, and what keeps her motivated after all these years. A Deep Love for the Job ♥️ Tara’s favorite part of her work as a Branch Manager is difficult to pinpoint because she finds joy in it all. “The customers are wonderful to work with, our Greensboro team is one of the best in the industry, and the shop fabricators take pride in their work and want to make sure that whoever is using our products goes home safely every night,” she says. Passion for Products 🔥 Tara is especially excited about the growth and innovation at Slingmax. “I am a huge fan of the Slingmax® products, especially the HPF Yarn/synthetic slings like the Twin-Path slings.
