Today we are happy to start showing off our Seasonal Leaders in our Superhero Saturday spotlight! This program highlights the everyday superheroes that make our mission at Six Flags New England a reality! Today we are featuring the other person behind the Superhero Spotlight program, and the person behind all of our social media accounts, Annalise Eak, the Marketing Senior Supervisor. Q: What is your history at the park? A: I have been in Marketing for 10 seasons! I first started as a Team Member in Corporate Partnerships where I handed out samples of products to guests leaving the park. Then, I became a Lead in Group Sales where I assisted with catered group events in the park. After the Marketing Department became one big dream team, I became a Supervisor and led a team who did Attendance Tracking Surveys at the Main Gate and supported various events in the park. When I became a Senior Supervisor, I took on more responsibility with social media and photography, while also helping the rest of our team with anything else Marketing related! Q: What made you want to work at Six Flags New England? A: What made me first want to start working at Six Flags was that I needed a summer job before I went to college. I loved that I could work outside and still love that every day is different! Now, I am a teacher full time and I'm so happy that I can still work at the park on the weekends and during the summer when I am not teaching. Q: What keeps you motivated every day? A: Our team motivates me to think outside the box and get creative every day, which I really appreciate. I enjoy showcasing the park in a positive way on social media and interacting with the guests each day! Q: What is your favorite thing to do in the park? A: Although I am not much of a rides person, I do enjoy a ride on the Carousel every now and again! I also love to take fun photos in the park and trying out all the new food options. Q: What is your go-to activity on your days off? A: When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends outside. You can most likely find me at a baseball game or with my horse on my days off!

Today we are showcasing one of the people behind our Superhero Spotlights, and someone that ensures we all have a great experience working at Six Flags- Richie Pizzale, the Manager of Human Resources. Q: What is your history at the park? A: I have been working at the park for 16 seasons now! I first started in Rides when I was under 18 and worked at Cyclone, Catapult, and Skycoaster. I worked my way up to being a Senior Supervisor in Rides before moving over to Human Resources in 2016. I became a full-time HR Supervisor in 2018 and then the Manager in 2023. Now, I handle many aspects of Human Resources like hiring, appreciation and retention events, employee concerns and more! Q: What made you want to work at Six Flags New England? A: I first started working here because I needed a summer job. But, I kept coming back because of the people I worked with and the friendships I developed over the seasons. Many of the people I worked with as a Team Member in Rides are still some of my closest friends today! Q: What keeps you motivated every day? A: I am motived by the impact me and my team have on the park and how many team members we have the ability to effect. I want to ensure that we provide a good employment experience for our team members, so they want to come back for multiple seasons like I did. Q: What is your favorite thing to do in the park? A: I love trying all the new foods that we have each season. I think our Foods Team does a great job with the Limited Time Offerings we do during events and festivals, and I wish some of them were here all year round! Q: What is your go-to activity on your days off? A: When I am not working, I enjoy traveling because I love seeing new places. Some of my favorite places to travel are the National Parks, and one day I hope to visit them all!
