The days are longer and the weather is warmer, so use the following advice to make working from home a breeze. 🚴 Make exercise a part of your daily routine, whether that means a bike ride each morning or a stroll during lunch. 🧠 Nurture your mental health with calming music, guided meditation or journaling outside. 🔕 More daylight shouldn’t mean more work! Set boundaries around your schedule, turn off notifications after hours and take regular breaks. 💬 Try coworking with friends or planning a lunch date al fresco to stay social and give your brain a little refresh. 🌱 Spruce up your workspace with greenery to improve air quality and add tranquility.
