It got hot in the kitchen! We just wrapped up our "Sigma Master Chef—Season 3 Cooking Competition" in Pune, India! The final round saw 16 talented employees compete for the Sigma Master Chef award. Each team member demonstrated exceptional cooking skills, creativity, and teamwork under time pressure. Over the past 24 hours, we welcomed Lancaster Burger Company to York, and while they fed our team members across three shifts, we rolled out new branding! Bringing in the colors of Sigma Engineered Solutions into our logo, this branding change is the first step in many, which include new paint throughout the building, new SWAG for team members, and SWAG for potential new team members when recruiting to name a few!

Our Sigma Connectivity: Tooling Dynamics team in York, PA, showed off their green thumbs for Earth Day! The team planted trees around the campus, and every employee was given a packet of flower seeds to take home and plant!
Yesterday, in a ceremony held at our Juarez, Mexico facility and attended virtually by Sigma Engineered Solutions team members across the globe, CEO Brad Ward and COO Niteen Inamdar launched Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for all North American Operations. Already launched in our India operations, TPM, in the most basic definition, is the idea that everyone in a facility should participate in maintenance rather than just the maintenance team. This approach uses the skills of all employees and seeks to incorporate maintenance into a facility's everyday performance. We look forward to duplicating the excellent results seen in India by implementing TPM in North America!
