Thanks to Charles Schwab's generous support, we reach students in high-needs schools in every Congressional district with essential #financialeducation through our #CapitolHillChallenge program. #Schwab4Good
By the time they get to high school, most American students have never had a course in financial education. We believe financial literacy is critical to a person’s life-long success, which is why we’re proud to work with the SIFMA Foundation to support the Capitol Hill Challenge(TM). Through this program, teachers like Claudia are empowering students with the skills to build wealth through investing, creating a ripple effect of financial stability for themselves, their families, and their communities. We were proud to partner with Fidelity Investments and Capgemini for a day of #financialempowerment with The Beacon School and Brooklyn Prep High School from Brooklyn, NY. Students participated in SMG InvestQuest, our portfolio simulation that spans three years in less than 30 minutes, and volunteers led discussions on setting financial goals, risk, diversification, and more.
