On Monday & Tuesday of this week, SGC had the pleasure of hosting over 30 Missouri Family and Consumer Science Teachers in our Culinary Center. We talked about 2024 Hot Culinary Trends, the different cuts of meats, and seafood fabrications. We even had a friendly Spring Roll demo competition, congratulations to our winners! Thank you, teachers, for all of your hard work in and out of the classroom. With classes starting up soon, here's to an awesome school year! 🍎✏️🥩🍔🥗🥑🍯🌶️🥓

What a great change of scenery it was for our Monday! Our participating team members had a blast playing in the Southwest Missouri Restaurant Association Golf tournament yesterday! They loved getting to hang out with everyone from the food & beverage community.
What an incredible day at our golf tournament! The event was a huge success, and we couldn't have asked for better weather—beautiful skies and perfect conditions for a round of golf. Everyone had a blast, from seasoned pros to enthusiastic amateurs, enjoying the fun, and some impressive swings! The Price Cutter Charity Championship was quite the event! Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the SGC Foodservice Ozarks Club VIP Hospitality Venue this weekend! None of this could have happened without the help of the amazing volunteers, Remington's Kitchen, the restaurants that brought in their food, and our partners, Kraft Heinz and General Mills Foodservice.
