Last month our teams at Gems Sensors and Setra Systems participated in the 2024 President's Kaizen, with the help of Shingijutsu Consultants, who specialize in revolutionizing lean manufacturing. At the Setra headquarters, teams tackled five different continuous improvement initiatives centered around Standard Work. Each team reported out at the end of the day on their findings and at the end of the week our teams gathered together to share their hard work, discuss key learnings, and plan for sustainment measures.
